Training Description

This 1-hour intensive workshop equips healthcare leaders with the knowledge and evidence-based tools to drive meaningful organizational change that addresses burnout and promotes thriving in the workplace. 

Objectives

By the end of this 1-hour training, participants will be able to:

  1. Differentiate burnout from stress to accurately identify its prevalence within your organization and better understand its cost. 
  2. Analyze systemic drivers of burnout specific to the healthcare environment, moving beyond individual resilience to address organizational factors. 
  3. Evaluate evidence-based interventions that reduce burnout and improve staff engagement. 
  4. Learn how to apply immediate cultural shifts to enhance psychological safety, mitigate burnout drivers, and promote professional thriving.

About the Presenter

Dr. Trisha Vinatieri is a clinical psychologist and primary consultant at Clinician Care Consulting. Drawing on her work as a Chief Well-Being Officer and Organizational Development Psychologist for a major healthcare system, she specializes in implementing evidence-based frameworks to mitigate systemic burnout. Dr. Vinatieri's nearly two decades as a practicing clinician and serving in multiple healthcare leadership roles bridges the gap between frontline staff experience and high-level organizational strategy, assisting leaders in creating sustainable cultural shifts that promote staff thriving.
