Training Description
This intensive 2-hour workshop equips healthcare leaders with the knowledge and evidence-based tools to drive meaningful organizational change that addresses burnout and promotes thriving in the workplace.Â
Objectives
By the end of this 2-hour intensive, participants will be able to:
- Differentiate Burnout from Stress: Define the three dimensions of clinical burnout to accurately identify its prevalence within their teams.
- Analyze Systemic Drivers: Identify drivers of burnout specific to the healthcare environment, moving beyond individual resilience to address organizational factors like workload, autonomy, and values alignment.
- Evaluate Evidence-Based Interventions: Assess proven organizational strategies and leadership behaviors that have been shown to statistically reduce burnout and improve staff engagement.
- Initiate Immediate Cultural Shifts: Identify and commit to "micro-moves"—specific, low-friction leadership actions—that can be implemented immediately to improve psychological safety and reduce administrative burden.Â

This training is approved for 2.0 hours of ACCME- and ANCC-accredited continuing education credit. Accreditation is provided by Postgraduate Institute for Medicine.Â

About the Presenter
Dr. Trisha Vinatieri, is a clinical psychologist and consultant at Clinician Care Consulting. Drawing on her work as a Chief Well-Being Officer and Organizational Development Psychologist for a major healthcare system, she specializes in deploying evidence-based frameworks to mitigate systemic burnout. With two decades of experience spanning trauma therapy and executive leadership, Dr. Vinatieri bridges the gap between frontline clinical reality and high-level organizational strategy, helping leaders create sustainable cultural shifts that promote staff thriving.
